Tucked away at the far end of the most famous wine street in New Zealand - Felton Road - you will be warmly welcomed into the wonderful world of Terra Sancta. Set amongst the oldest vines planted in Bannockburn, with mesmerising views to the mountain ranges beyond, our charming schist cellar door is filled with character and delicious wines. A natural extension of Terra Sancta’s love of maps, wine and botanicals, over an intimate seated tasting, relax and let our wines and people tell the story of our special place - Terra Sancta.

Our cellar door is open 11:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

$15 per tasting - 1 tasting fee is redeemable per bottle of wine purchased. Tastings are free for Terra Sancta Wine Club members.

We loved coming here, and being greeted by the beautiful pond and birds surrounding it. The wine tasting we had was fantastic and knowledgeable - our host was so friendly and helpful. We didn't realise just how unique Terra Sancta was until we spoke with our host. We ended up leaving with two bottles of wine and a membership to the wine club - it was just that good.

... I saw the incredible reviews and the rosé on a few restaurant menus, so we had to go. Everything about this winery exceeded expectations. The setting was stunning, the wines were all delicious and the host was so friendly and knowledgeable. We bought some of the aperitivo as we'd never tried anything like it.

I searched for this cellar door because we love the Rosé, possibly the best Rosé in the world!! We were welcomed and offered a tasting of a multitude of delicious wines. Signed up for the wine club because they were flexible and accommodating of our tastes. Wish I’d gotten our hosts name, she was awesome and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience at the cellar door. Have enjoyed Terra Sancta wines for a while now and such a treat to be able to relax and unhurriedly enjoy the wines on offer at the tasting.
