Bannockburn Brewing Company
Killarabbit Double IPA
Made in the good old fashioned way in Bannockburn, like the miners that once frequented the gold sluicing of Bannockburn. Each small batch is fermented and aged in Pinot Noir barrels in a tip of the hat to the Pinot Noir that is now the liquid gold of the region. Once barrel aging is complete Killarabbit is bottled and undergoes a secondary bottle fermentation. Packing a real punch, this is an IPA with massive mouth feel and a unique mix of tropical fruits and piney bitterness. A real character.
