Terra Sancta Estate
Late Harvest Mysterious White 2021
Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Riesling are grown together on the Terra Sancta Estate, each adding its own intrigue to this rare, aromatic, late harvest wine. Made once in a blue moon when conditions are conducive (most recently 2021), this is a true late harvest wine with the grapes hand picked at the start of winter when the flavour has developed requisite intensity. Complex, delicious and very mysterious, this is a dessert in itself or the perfect accompaniment to a cheese platter.
